More Notification emails ( 1 day ahead AND 1 hour ahead)

I find the work flow limiting. under 1 service I would like this flow... confirmation email Reminder email. 1 day ahead Reminder email: 1 hour ahead Thank you email. It seems as though I was limitied to only 1 reminder email. thanks, Bee
