We’ve introduced new configuration options to improve email communication and routing: ↩️ Reply-To Email ID Support When emails are sent from our domain, customers can set a Reply-To address so replies land in the right inbox 👥 CC & BCC Support Customers can now add CC and BCC recipients Emails sent to the store owner, team member, and location email will also be delivered to the configured CC/BCC addresses ✅📩 Already Available: Send Emails From Your Own Gmail By default, booking notification emails are sent from the Logbase domain as a no-reply Customers can integrate their Gmail account within BookX so booking-related emails are sent from their own email address instead of the Logbase domain
