We’ve introduced Quantity-Based Slot Visibility Conditions, an optional setting that gives you more control over how slots are displayed based on the product quantity selected by the customer. With this feature, you can create rules that determine whether booked slots, unbooked slots, or both are shown—helping you guide customers toward bookings that match your operational needs. For instance, if a customer selects quantity 1, you can configure Bookx to show only already-booked slots and keep unbooked availability hidden. So, if a slot has a total capacity of 5 and 1 booking is already made, the next customer may see only the pre-booked portion instead of the full availability—depending on your setup. This is especially useful for venues like badminton courts, where customers booking different times can leave gaps (e.g., one person at 10:00 AM and another at 12:00 PM), making it harder to manage staffing, maintenance, and overall utilization. Quantity-Based Slot Visibility Conditions helps keep bookings aligned, easier to manage, and more consistent for customers.
